How does it work?
Experience the value of an established investor community by accessing wholesale discounts on gold directly from the source. London Gold Xchange (LGX) has working agreements with the mines to purchase gold at a below-market spot price to trade at consistent margins.
LGX Receives the net proceeds of the investment into the Currency Cloud FX portal (in any currency).
Funds are deployed to a secure holding account (usually Mashreq) to execute the trade (in USD).
Proof of Funds are provided to the Seller, who then sources and ships the gold to the refinery.
Gold is received by the refinery and Assayed.
Funds are released from the secure holding account to the Seller only when the Final Assay Report is presented.
LGX receives payment from the refinery and distributes investor coupons.
